"Family and Youth Department"
The Department of Families and Youth is a key structural unit of the International Congress for the Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms “World”, responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive policies aimed at protecting and supporting families and youth at the national and international levels.
Activities of the congress
The Department consists of three main divisions
- Family Policy Department: The main task of this department is to develop policies that ensure the creation of conditions for strengthening family relationships, supporting mothers and fathers, and protecting children's rights. The department is also actively working on initiatives that promote the integration of large and low-income families into society.
- Department of Youth Policy: Develops and implements strategies that help young people realize their potential through education, innovation and entrepreneurship. This department is also responsible for creating youth leadership programs that increase civic engagement and participation in public life.
- Social Initiatives Department: Focuses on the development and implementation of projects and programs aimed at supporting socially vulnerable groups, including young people with disabilities and children with special needs. This department also coordinates volunteer initiatives and engages young people in active actions for the benefit of their communities.
Main functions and responsibilities
- Development and implementation of innovative family and youth support programs;
- Implementation of national and international projects to strengthen family welfare;
- Preparing analytical reports and conducting research to inform family and youth policy;
- Support and coordination of a network of civil society organizations and institutions working in these areas.

Most important achievements over the past year
- Launching a national campaign to support young parents, providing access to educational resources and social support;
- Organization of an international conference to exchange experience in the field of youth policy, with the participation of representatives from more than 20 countries;
- Developing and implementing the Youth and the Law program aimed at educating young people about the law and their civil rights and responsibilities.
Current priorities and plans for the future
- Expanding family welfare programs through local government and non-profit organizations;
- Initiatives to engage young people in economic development through startups and technological innovation;
- Strengthening international partnerships to share experience and resources in the field of family policy.
