The main functions
and responsibilities of the CBM
- Development and implementation of international policies and strategies of the Congress;
- Negotiating and concluding international agreements;
- Representation of the Congress in international organizations and at international events;
- Monitoring global trends and changes in international law and policy.
The International Department consists of two divisions
- The Division of International Relations develops strategies and initiatives to maintain and develop the external relations of the Congress, in particular through partnerships with foreign organizations, government agencies, and international institutions.
- The International Law Department develops and implements legal initiatives at the international level, including participation in the drafting of international treaties, ensuring compliance of the organization's activities with international standards.

The most important achievements of the CBM over the past year
- Successfully coordinated an international human rights conference that brought together representatives from more than 10 countries;
- Developing and implementing new international standards for the protection of migrants' rights;
- Active participation in the development of international treaties that contributed to the improvement of the international legal framework.
Current priorities

- Expanding the network of international partnerships to strengthen global cooperation;
- Launching an initiative to create international educational programs to raise legal awareness;
- Supporting international efforts to combat transnational crime and corruption.
