Activities of the congress
The Department consists of two divisions
- The Volunteer Recruitment and Training Department develops programs for recruiting and training volunteers, ensuring that they are competent and ready to participate in congress projects related to human rights, ecology, education, and intercultural exchange.
- The Volunteer Programs and Initiatives Department develops and implements volunteer projects at the local and international levels aimed at addressing social, cultural and environmental issues.
Main functions and responsibilities of the SB
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain volunteers;
- Conducting training sessions and workshops to improve the skills of volunteers;
- Organizing volunteer missions and monitoring their effectiveness;
- Supporting volunteers at all stages of their participation in projects.

The most important achievements of the DV over the past year
- Recruiting more than 150 new volunteers from around the world;
- Implementation of an international volunteer program to help refugees, covering 5 countries;
- Implementation of a series of training programs for volunteers with a focus on human rights and environmental awareness.
Current priorities and plans for the future
- Expanding the geography of volunteer missions, including involvement in projects in the developing world;
- Deepening cooperation with international organizations for joint cultural exchanges;
- Develop an e-learning platform for volunteers to provide access to resources and materials from anywhere in the world.
